Mohawk Castle is the solo act of Erik David Hidde. Based in LA, the artist’s style is influenced by the possibilities and the landscapes of the place. As an alt artist, he grasps the spaces and feelings that exist on the fringes. Moments and emotions that don’t have any name to them. He gives music to these moments and sees what becomes of them. His latest release is ‘In Moonlight’, a conceptual ambience track that explores the nocturnal mystique and imagination that the moonlight might inspire.

The atmosphere is surreal and suspended in the soundscape. Synth melodies walk and flow through this space, as if in their natural element. And Erik’s vocals, unabashedly otherworldly and hyperbolic, bring a new resonance.
