Song Review/ Neoclassical : Richard Green’s ‘Midnight’

Richard Green is a composer and guitarist. As an experimentalist, he loves to fall in love with different styles of music. Diving head first, he explores their nuance, their personalities and then molds them to fit his vast visions. Blending them with new counterparts to create a fresh music space. His latest release is ‘Midnight’ featuring Irene Veneziano on the piano and the Archimia String Quartet.

It is a neo-classical composition that swirls, folds, unfolds and dances. It is a calming soundscape, shaped with softness and incredible detail. Midnight is the time that transforms the night. It’s the point at which the lightning begins. With this composition, the artists bring a sacredness to the theme, dimensionalizing it with climbing melodies and frolicking features. You get a sense of something blooming. It’s quite delightful and it has a beautiful way of elevating the mood and the cerebral ambience of the listener. Listen Now!
