Song Review/ Art Rock : Mohawk Castle’s ‘Music From A Cloud’

Mohawk Castle is the solo act of Erik David Hidde. The artist is known for his unique visions and sonic craft. Expansive as they are, extending into such nuanced spaces of feeling. His latest release is ‘Music From A Cloud’, a track with an intuitive rhythm design that flows alongside a stream of consciousness vocal flow.

Forming in echoes, abstract synths, and spontaneous melodic patterns, it’s quite an experimental space. It almost sounds like you’re getting dispersed, drawn in and rearranged. Like a cloud. The artist’s eye for concept extends to the listener, immersing them in it. Not only intellectually but in a real way. It’s an interesting composition, made like a flowing jigsaw that compels you to adapt and see more than you usually would. Listen Now!
