Song Review/ Piano : AK.T’s ‘An Unseen Waltz’

AK.T is a composer and pianist who has such an incredible way of creating worlds with their music. There’s so much detail, nuance, emotion, and a sense of atmosphere. Their latest release is ‘An Unseen Waltz’, a romantic and mystical composition. It feels classic and old school with remarkable modern flairs. 

There’s a style that develops on the layers. In the subtle cello notes, the lifting piano moments, and the walking piano line in between it all. It’s as if the song melts all over you, the melancholy, the mystery and the strange soulful heartache. It feels like you’re walking through an old forest full of lore and secrets. 

As you listen, you’re sure to be swept away by the cinematic elements. The world building is incredible and the stories that imaginatively swirl in the mind, all of it makes for a memorable experience.
