Song Review/ Synthwave : _Shoe’s ‘Lace Entanglement’

_SHOE is a futuristic, dark electronic banner which explores the spaces and spheres that no one has ventured to before. It is a wandering absurdity that is constructed with darkwave and synthwave, with a touch of industrial stylings. It offers a whole new musical frequency to tap into, giving us its explorative aspirations. A brave new world. The song teases the artist’s upcoming album, ‘The Secret Album’, a six song collection that is simply out of this world. It is colorful, vivid and vibrant, offering a wonderful array of drifting frames and momentum.

‘Lace Entanglement’ is a contemplative song. The synths are so alive, slathering every part of the soundscape, a color chemistry that is hypnotic. The vocals fall through this space in slow motion, shining with thought and reflective energy. A vein of darkness makes up the underbelly. You’ll see it in certain angles of the synths, a perspective that celebrates the theme in such a unique way.
